We have daytime and evening classes in Adult Kung Fu.
Our adult Kung Fu classes are organized by rank, so students have the ability to learn at the level that is appropriate for them.
We teach a fiercely effective fighting art based on animal styles. Excellent for self-defense skills, general conditioning, or martial arts development.

Adult Tai Chi
We have daytime and evening classes in Tai Chi.
Our daytime Tai Chi class initially started out as a "Tai Chi for Seniors". It continues to be our most popular Tai Chi class, but now encompasses a range of ages from 18-80.
